We’ve heard your feedback and have made some improvements to the Golden 1 iPhone® app. This new version:
- Resolves the “Service Temporarily Unavailable” sign on issues
- Displays special characters in Personal Assurance Messages
- Supports iOS 4.2 issue related to scheduling Bill Payments and Transfers
- Integrates EZPaySM Personal Payments so you can send and receive money
- Other minor enhancements

Update seems to have fixed the transfer issue

Update: bill payment isn't working. When I try to make an e bill payment and click make payment it just sits there. Won't go through.
I have been using Golden 1 mobile banking since it started. The mobile web versions have always been fairly good. I appreciate the convenience that it offers and the ease of use.
I was excited about their first stab at an app for the iPhone. However I am sad to say it's no more powerful or easier to use than the mobile web app. It is actually slower and less responsive. It has also asked me to verify my identity several times even though I have asked it to remember me. It might be because I am logging in through different wifi networks though.
In all I do like it and will continue to use. Would be nice to have the speed improved and the login memory fixed. Hopefully they will update in the future.
This is a great app. Any of you who have issues with this app should make sure that they are running iOS 4.2.1. As soon as I updated the software it worked flawlessly.
